KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers at Harrah’s Las Vegas offers diners with fresh menu items for its monthly burger and shake combos. Every month there will be specific combos that guests can buy. Chef Kerry Simon crafted all of the flavorful burger and shake creations. Burgers are priced at $14 and shakes are priced at $6, separately. For the burger and shake of the month combo, guests can purchase it for $18.
For September, Chef Timothy Davis will prepare his tasty combination of a winning burger and strawberry cheesecake milkshake. The award-winning Angus beef burger is topped with candied bacon, bourbon-caramelized onion, sharp cheddar, mixed greens, tomato and mayo, all served on an onion roll. A sweet and cold strawberry cheesecake milkshake is served to complement the burger. It is made with homemade cheesecake ice cream twirled with strawberries with whipped cream and fresh strawberries for garnish. Chef Davis has been employed at Caesars Atlantic City for ten years. Presently, he is the manager and chef of the Diamond and Seven Stars lounges. Recently, he joined the company-wide national burger challenge Best Burger Battle 2012 where he deliciously crafted a burger. He succeeded the hundred competitors around the country from Caesars Entertainment restaurants. Guests must not forget to try Chef Davis’ prize-winning burger at KGB Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers.
For October, burger-lovers will surely enjoy the chimichuri burger matched perfectly with the Neapolitan milk shake. The eight-ounce beef patty is seasoned with chimichuri and served with caramelized onions, pepper jack cheese, apple-wood smoked bacon, lettuce and tomato on a jalapeño cheddar bun. The Neapolitan milkshake is made with homemade ice cream in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavors. It is garnished with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
Halloween continues into November’s burger and milkshake combos. The Rueben burger is made with eight-ounce beef patty topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, corned beef with a choice of whole grain mustard or Russian dressing served on a rye bun. The pumpkin milkshake is made with homemade ice cream in spiced pumpkin flavor and topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
The steakhouse burger and mint cookie milkshake is the best treat for the month of December. The tasty burger is coated with house-made tangy steak sauce and a choice of cheese. It is served with apple-wood smoked bacon, sautéed mushrooms, roasted cherry tomatoes, crispy onions, garlic onions and mixed greens on an onion roll. A homemade mint cookie ice cream with cookies crumbles and whipped cream as garnish makes the mint cookies milkshake.
