Egg drop soup at Rice & CompanyRice & Company at Luxor Hotel and Casino will usher in the Year of the Horse with a prix-fixe menu available Friday, Jan. 31 through Friday, Feb. 14, priced at $49.99 per person.

The dinner will begin with a choice of Pan-Fried Pot Stickers filled with pork and vegetables, served with ginger soy sauce or the Wicked Roll, made with spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado, yellowtail and spicy garlic ponzu sauce. The second course will offer a choice of Egg Drop Soup or Mixed Greens Salad with ginger dressing.

Rockhouse Inside Grand Canal Shoppes Goes For The Gold With Wiener Circle Wednesdays Deals

Every Wednesday, hungry hot dog lovers will indulge in all day Wiener Circle Wednesday specials and late night karaoke at Rockhouse, located at Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian | The Palazzo.

Wiener enthusiasts will nosh on a selection of mini dogs, priced at $3 each, such as the Number Two, topped with bacon, lettuce and tomato; and the Number Five, smothered in nacho cheese, guacamole, jalapeños, pico de gallo and tortilla strips. Priced at $6, guests will also enjoy famous full-sized wiener combinations including the Chicago Dog, served with sliced tomato, mustard, onions, jalapeños, a sliced pickle and sweet relish; and the Stadium Dog, covered with ketchup, mustard, onions and sweet relish.

The ultra-dive bar will challenge partygoers to the Rockhouse Hot Dog Dare. Any patron who consumes the hot spot’s 100 percent beef foot-long, topped with steak, chili, chorizo, bacon, mustard, jalapeños, sour cream, red onion, cheddar cheese and chipotle oil in under three minutes will earn a place in the Rockhouse Hot Dog Hall of Fame and receive their meal, normally priced at $20, free of charge.

Late night revelers will put on a show with Rockhouse Karaoke every Wednesday, starting at 10 p.m. Performers will receive some liquid courage with a complimentary specialty shot before taking the stage.
