As the 2014 General Tire Mint 400 Off-Road Race rolls into town, fans can stop by and take a peek inside the off-road vehicles on Thursday and Friday. The vehicles will be parked on East Fremont Street outside the hotel.

UFC 171 Watch Party – Saturday, March 15
Catch all the action of UFC 171 on Saturday, March 15 in the Fiesta Room at El Cortez. Stadium fare will be available for purchase in addition to a cash bar. Tickets will be available at the door. General admission is $20 and half-price admission is offered for all Club Cortez members, UFC Fight Club members and Zappos employees with proof of identification and/or membership.

Beer, Brats and Basketball Madness- March 20-22
El Cortez will host a viewing party for the Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament in its Fiesta Room March 20-22. The party is open to the public each day during the following times: Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Saturday, March 22, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Guests can enjoy every game while taking advantage of a special viewing party menu that will feature $2 hot dogs and brats, and $3 Budweiser drafts. Additional stadium-style fare will also be available.

Karaoke Fridays and Saturdays inside The Parlour
The Parlour inside El Cortez becomes downtown Las Vegas’ go-to destination for karaoke every Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m. From classics hits to today’s chart toppers, brave patrons can entertain their friends and guests during this exciting weekend party.

Award-Winning Elvis Presley Tribute
