Wolfgang Puck’s Chinois will celebrate the Chinese New Year with a special tasting menu beginning Monday, January 26, 2009. Priced at $55 per person (tax and gratuity not included), the five-course menu, created by Executive Chef Scott Irestone, celebrates the Year of the Ox using traditional foods that symbolize prosperity, togetherness and luck.  The menu will run for one week.
