Texas de Brazil is offering its traditional lavish menu of gourmet salad bar items top-notch meat and a champagne toast at midnight. For the fixed price of $44.99 guests can enjoy tantalizing cuts of meats; savor in several selections from the seasonal salad area, which includes appetizers, soups, salads, and gourmet chesses; or enjoy a variety of sides. Guests’ favorites include the signature garlic marinated Picanha, roasted leg of lamb, Brazilian sausage and hearty flank steak. Other favorites from the 40-item salad area include seasonal vegetables such as Brazilian hearts of palm and grilled Portobello mushrooms, shrimp salad, pork black beans, smoked salmon and lobster bisque. Texas de Brazil offers guests a truly unique Brazilian experience, complete with sword carrying Gauchos, a.k.a. Brazilian cowboys, who roam the room serving various delectable cuts and types of meats.
