Keeping a Gloriously Gluttonous Downtown Las Vegas Tradition Alive With Specialty Nights Seven Days a Week
Fremont Street‘s Plaza Hotel & Casino announced today that they have officially opened their latest addition to their expansive restaurant offerings – “Stuffed: The Buffet at the Plaza.” “Stuffed” is the property’s all-you-can-eat buffet reborn with a far greater variety and assortment of American and international menu selections including an all-new high-end dinner menu featuring a delectable schedule of various specialty nights seven days a week along with its new fitting name change. “Stuffed” serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and an impressive champagne brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
“Our guests were asking for something new, different and better, so we have given them a great new, significantly upgraded buffet as well as the recently opened Omelet House Diner,” said Tony Bender, vice president of marketing for the Plaza.” “‘Stuffed’ will appeal to visitors seeking a return to the Las Vegas tradition of stuffing yourself with great food without breaking into your gambling budget,” added Bender.
Inexpensive downtown buffets, once a hallmark of the area, have been harder to find in recent years, and of those that were left, freshly-made high quality offerings were almost non-existent. Raising the value-quotient on it’s competitors and being better than ever, “Stuffed” boasts different specialty nights seven days a week, including: NY Steak and Snow Crab Legs on Mondays, Southern-Fried on Tuesdays, NY Steak and Shrimp Scampi on Wednesdays, All-You-Can-Eat Ribs on Thursdays, Seafood Night on Fridays, Prime Rib and Baked Potato Bar on Saturdays and NY Steak and Peel and Eat Shrimp on Sundays.
Prices at ‘Stuffed’ are just $7.77 for breakfast (6 a.m. to 11 a.m.), $7.77 for lunch (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.), $9.99 for the Champagne Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.), $12.99 for dinner Sunday through Thursday (4 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and $15.99 for dinner Friday and Saturday (4 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Player’s Club members will receive a $2 discount off the dinner buffet just by showing their card at Stuffed.
The Plaza offers an array of innovative table games and slot machines; a newly opened restaurant called the Omelet House Diner – a Las Vegas icon for 30 years; the largest race and sports book downtown; the hottest show in town – the Rat Pack is Back; free live entertainment right on the casino floor in the Aqua Lounge and a host of other amenities including a roof top swimming pool and tennis courts.
