The City of Henderson is getting in the spirit of the holiday season, taking families back in time for this weekend’s WinterFest. This old-fashioned Christmas delight will feature exciting festivities for all ages, from horse-drawn carriage rides to visits with Santa, strolling carolers to popular Dickens characters roaming the streets, carousel rides, concerts and more. Admission is complimentary.
The event will conclude with a dazzling grand finale celebration with the first-ever WinterFest Evening Light Parade. Taking place at 5 pm on Saturday night, the procession will feature a colorful display of spectacular entries, all decked out in lights, illuminating the streets of Henderson’s historic Water Street District.
