Every Thursday at 4 p.m. now through March, Seasons Buffet at Silverton Casino Lodge serves up an authentic Polynesian dinner menu. For $21.99 or $19.99 with Discovery Club card, guests can enjoy Kailua pork, macadamia crusted Mahi-Mahi, Huli-Huli chicken, Lomi Lomi salad, Hawaiian rolls, pineapple upside-down cake, mango cheesecake and more. Featuring six live action stations, Seasons Buffet offers an endless variety of all-you-can-eat delectables.
President’s Day
On Feb. 16, 2009, Seasons Buffet celebrates President’s Day by offering patrons a specialty buffet from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for only $5.
Mardi Gras
Parade down to Seasons Buffet at Silverton Casino Lodge for a festive Mardi Gras brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb 7 – 8, 14 – 15 and 21 – 22. For $18.99 or $16.99 with Discovery Club card, guests will enjoy blackened ham, jambalaya pasta, glazed ham, Silverton crusted roast prime rib, smoked salmon, roasted turkey breast and country fried steak. Seafood selections include spicy shrimp, popcorn alligator tail, snow crab legs, stuffed crab, crawfish boil and an assortment of sushi. Other delectables include New Orleans hurricanes, dirty rice, green beans almandine, red beans and rice, maple-bourbon yams and more. Additionally, Seasons Buffet offers a selection of desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth including carrot cake, chocolate-pecan pie, pound cake, strawberry shortcake and assorted cookies, brownies and muffins. A beautiful blend of fruit and berries, The Beautini offers a tantalizing combination of Van Gogh Orange Vodka, Midori melon liqueur, Chambord raspberry liqueur and fresh sweet and sour. Served in a chilled martini glass and garnished with an orange twist, Twin Creeks’ The Beautini brings the warmth of spring to the cold days of winter.
Classic Menu
Twin Creeks inside Silverton Casino Lodge now features a selection of classic dinner items in addition to the current menu. Seafood selections include cold water lobster tail ($29), twin cold water lobster tails ($48), salmon parpadelle ($19) and Twin Creeks’ fresh catch of the day ($22). Diners can also enjoy salt and pepper crusted prime rib in three cuts such as kings double ($26), queens ($19) and petite ($17). Other tempting options include chicken Milanese ($18), 8-ounce filet mignon ($22) and bourbon barbecue bone-in rib eye ($26). All classic menu entrées at Twin Creeks are accompanied by a basket of artisan breads, house salad and choice of two side dishes including baked potato, mashed potatoes, steamed broccolini, steamed asparagus and macaroni and cheese.
