SHe by Morton’s, located just steps away from the main entrance of Aria at The Shops at Crystals, will introduce Ladies Night, a weekly night for women where dinner and drinks become something more. Ladies can indulge in a small bites menu and specialty cocktails all night long.
Every Thursday night, ladies can sate their palates with SHe’s “Crushed” wine menu, which features several red and white varieties from around the globe. Wine selections include a 2007 Joel Gott Chardonnay, 2010 Slingshot Cabernet and 2008 Three Saints Pinot Noir, priced at $5 per glass. Ladies can also sip on libations from the cocktail menu, which features drinks such as the Cucumber Mint Martini, Citrus Champagne Cocktail and Lavender Lemontini, all priced at $7. In addition, taking center stage on Ladies Night will be the Martini Royale Bianco cocktail, a mix of Martini Bianco and Martini Prosecco, priced at $5.
The perfect pairing to a glass of wine, Ladies Night will satisfy every craving with menu selections crafted by Executive Chef Erick Stecher. The Ladies Night menu will include: Crab Pipoli; parmesan-battered crab and capellini poppers with marinara sauce; Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms; five large mushrooms stuffed with a variety of cheeses, marinara and topped with garlic crumbs; Caprese on Crostini, and more.
About SHe by Morton’s: With a menu offering prime steaks, an array of signature selections and plenty of dishes made for sharing, SHe by Morton’s is the Strip’s stylish boutique steakhouse for guests to dine and unwind. Just steps away from the main entrance of ARIA at The Shops at Crystals, SHe is a partnership between Morton’s The Steakhouse and gorgeous actress and entrepreneur, Eva Longoria. Crafted by Executive Chef Erick Stecher, the menu includes “hot” and “cold” appetizers, whimsical desserts, an impressive wine list and hand-crafted cocktails. Directly above SHe is a 9,000-square-foot special events venue that can be transformed into a private nightclub or a corporate events space. SHe by Morton’s is open daily for small bites and cocktails at 5 p.m., with dinner service starting at 5:30 p.m. The restaurant closes at 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
