Pairings include the Spanish Trampoline, a mix of tangerine purée, pure sugar cane, lime and a healthy dose of Leblon Cachaça with the earthy, roasted bean notes of an Ashton VSG cigar, priced at $32. For guests who crave a smoother finish, Rhumbar’s signature Mojito, made with 12-year Montecristo rum, fresh-pressed cane juice, lime juice and fresh muddled Yerba Buena mint, will be matched with a creamy, light-bodied Royal Chieftain cigar, priced at $34.
