Purple Reign, THE Prince Tribute Show, will celebrate its new home at the D Las Vegas with tickets appropriately priced at $19.99 on Thursday, April 12 and Friday, April 13.
Named “Best Tribute Act” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s staff and readers, Purple Reign captures the imaginations of viewers and seamlessly re-creates the sizzling performances and raw energy of Prince in his prime. Since its humble beginning at a small but popular UNLV college club, front man Jason Tenner, along with an all-star cast, has entertained Las Vegas residents and visitors alike for more than a decade.
“Purple Reign has been a favorite Las Vegas show for years and with the move to this incredible, new space, the cast will take the show to a whole new level,” said Kevin Brewer, Reign Entertainment’s technical director.
Deemed one of “16 Things You Can’t Afford To Miss In Vegas” by LA Weekly and the first ever tribute show booked by Late Show with David Letterman, Purple Reign will entertain guests Thursday through Sunday at 10:30 p.m. in the D Showroom. The tribute show joins an entertainment lineup which includes nightly performances by interactive murder mystery dinner “Marriage Can Be Murder” at 6:30 p.m., followed by comedian Kevin Burke at 9:13 p.m.
