Enjoy the tastes of five wines in a relaxing, yet informative and fun seminar with a brand representative from Georges Duboeuf, one of the largest and best-known wine merchants in France. The class will highlight an overview of wine basics – how wine is made, varietals, characteristics and much more that will demystify the grape. Everyone will be able to sniff, swirl and taste like a pro after “Wine 101 – Uncork Your Passion.” The tasting will be in Napoleon’s on Valentine’s Day from 1 pm-3 pm and includes a sampling of Georges Duboeuf’s Macon-Villages, Pouilly-Fuisse, Saint-Amour Cuvee Saint-Valentin, Moulin A Vent and Fleurie along with a decadent array of fruit, cheese and chocolates. Tickets are $35 and available at the Paris Las Vegas box office. All participants must be 21 years of age with valid ID.
