In celebration with the London Olympics, The Mirage offers a variety of medal-worthy specials beginning July 27 through The Olympics’ closing ceremonies on August 12. The spirit and excitement of The Olympics’ weeks of athleticism and sportsmanship is also experienced here in Las Vegas through the meals, deals and activities to make everyone feels like a champion. It also helps guests celebrate in their countries’ achievements.

Las Vegas can also feel the Summer Games through the Medal Menu Kokomo’s has created. The list includes a Bronze menu, Silver menu and Gold menu which is a combination of Bronze and Silver menu with Foie Gras & Caviar, Summer Truffles and Gold Leaf Caramelized Walnut Ice Cream Bon Bon. The Gold meal is available for $109 per person. The appetizing Bronze menu includes a choice of Caramelized Onion & Stilton Tart or Chilled Purple Potato & Leek Soup followed by Surf & Turf, Lobster Stuffed Dover Sole with butter whipped King Edward’s potatoes or Braised Short Rib Banger, valued at $79 per person. The silver menu costs $99 per person complements the Bronze meal with wine pairings from Olympic Cellars.

Carnegie Deli adds excitement to guests’ usual dining experience as it tests their own will-power and strength with The Olympian. A Carnegie Deli shirt and hat is at stake for any guests who finishes The Olympian in 30 minutes or less. The challenge features its signature dishes including The Woody Allen which is piled high with corned beef and pastrami. It is served with My Fair Latkes with sour cream or applesauce. Dessert is served with a slice of the restaurant’s famous cheesecake and paired it with a choice of Dr. Brown’s soda.

Cravings also let the guests experience its 11 live-action cooking stations which features traditionally found dishes across The Pond. The appetizing menus found in the daily buffet also includes Irish Back Bacon, London Broil, Yorkshire Pudding, Bubble & Squeek (a popular dish made of potato and cabbage), Welsh Rarebit (melted cheese served hot over toasted slices of bread) and Bangers & Mash to make the guests feel an honorary Brit.

Spa-goers will be relaxed at The Spa at The Mirage as it offers three medal-winning packages. The spa-goers can get the Gleaming Bronze package for $140. It is a quick pamper session with 25-minute target massage and 25-minute freshen up facial. The longer Shine with a Sophisticated Silver package lasts for 50-minutes for a Swedish massage and a 50-minute deep cleansing facial. The complete Go for Gold package lasts for 50-minutes a deep tissue massage, 50-minute deep cleansing facial plus a 25-minute pedicure and manicure, priced at $345.

Three level of V.I.P. access is offered to guests by the residents of Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat as they partake in the festivities. Participants in the Trainer for a Day program will be awarded a Gold-medal status. During training sessions and in water play time participants can experience up close and personal encounters with the friendly bottlenose dolphins for $550. This once-in-a lifetime adventure is captured and a photo CD will be given along with a polo shirt and a hat. The silver medal seekers can get the inside scoop plus a guided behind-the-scenes tour of Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. Bronze medal winners will receive a $3 off general admission to the Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. Hotel guests, Nevada locals as well as military personnel are all Bronze medal winners.
