WHAT: Japonais at The Mirage introduces Sake Sessions Wednesday, June 15 at 7 p.m. The evening will offer a complimentary tasting of fine sake as sake specialists educate guests on the refreshing liquor offered at the restaurant. Guests with an appetite will have the option to order select items from the main menu or Japonais’ Robata Grill with selections such as Australian Lobster, Miso-Marinated Chilean Sea Bass and Smoked Kobe. Along with incredible sake selections and tantalizing menu options, entertainment will be provided by DJ D Double of Definitive Talents.
Immediately following Sake Sessions, guests can keep the high-energy atmosphere alive in Japonais Lounge from 10 p.m. – 1 a.m. A late night menu also will be available.
