Proceeds to help build a high volume/high quality, low cost/no cost spay and neuter clinic in Las Vegas.

Help the animals by ‘rocking out’ at Lake Las Vegas! Tickets are now on sale for the Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary’s Gimme Shelter Concert featuring celebrated Rolling Stone tribute band Jumping Jack Flash at Lake Las Vegas Resort. The outdoor concert will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2009, at 8:00 p.m. on the infamous floating stage at The Village.

Jumping Jack Flash has wowed audiences for years with its over-the-top theatrics that pay homage to the electrifying performances and legendary sound of the Rolling Stones. Charismatic front man Todd Loweth leads the dynamic tribute band through stellar renditions of Stones classics like “Brown Sugar,” “Paint It Black,” “Ruby Tuesday,” “Start Me Up,” “Gimme Shelter,” “Satisfaction” and “Wild Horses.”

Proceeds from tickets sales will benefit Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary’s biggest project to date: the construction of a high volume/high quality low cost/no cost spay and neuter clinic. Set to open in June 2009, the Heaven Can Wait Spay/Neuter Clinic will offer a valuable service to the Las Vegas community and is expected to complete more than 13,000 operations annually.  This rate will decrease the number of unwanted pets in southern Nevada.

“We’re so very close to achieving our goal of offering more affordable spay and neuter options to responsible pet owners,” said Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary co-founder Harold Vosko. “The Gimme Shelter Concert at Lake Las Vegas promises to be a fantastic evening, and we’re excited for the opportunity to raise the additional funds necessary to help make this much needed program more accessible to the community.”

Tickets are $20 for general admission on the Lawn, $40 for Water’s Edge seats and $75 for VIP, which includes seats on the floating stage, an exclusive complimentary gift bag and access to a private beer garden.

Tickets are available at Bone Appétit and LV Village Reality or online at ticketweb.com. For more information, please visit hwcs.org or call (702) 227-5555.
