PT’s and partner Kurt Busch offer guests and NASCAR fans alike a month of action-packed racing and grand prizes at PT’s tavern locations beginning Monday, Feb. 2, through Sunday, March 1. For the second year in a row, PT’s has formed a unique sponsorship with NASCAR driver Kurt Busch.
“We are extremely excited to be involved with PT’s and this great promotion,” said NASCAR driver Kurt Busch. “This an exciting part of the year for NASCAR fans, and I am looking forward to participating in this unique event.”
Guests can qualify to win grand prizes throughout the month by getting behind the wheel of a racecar simulator and showing off their driving skills. Six PT’s locations will be hosting the qualifying racecar simulator contest:
Feb. 9-15:
PT’s Gold (Centennial & Losee)
PT’s Gold (Russell & Hualapai)
Feb. 16-22:
PT’s Gold (St. Rose & Eastern)
PT’s Pub (Hacienda & Decatur)
The top 100 qualifiers with the fastest recorded race times will be eligible to win grand prizes. The top 100 drivers will then be invited to race head-to-head in a single elimination racecar simulator contest on Feb. 27, from 6:30-9:30pm at Sierra Gold ultra-tavern (215 & Jones). The top qualifier with the fastest race time will win the grand prize, which includes a Spring Mountain Open Wheel Racing School package and a once-in–a-lifetime opportunity to race NASCAR Nextel Cup Champion Kurt Busch in the racecar simulator. Other grand prizes include a Spring Mountain one-day driving school for second to fourth place and a Pole Position race package for fifth to one hundredth place. One winner from each of the 32 PT’s tavern locations throughout the Valley will have a chance to win an autographed Kurt Busch Miller Lite racing hood with a purchase of a Miller Lite pint or mug.
