Seafood and Suds is what guests can expect Friday nights at Seasons Buffet inside Silverton Casino Lodge.  Friday, May 1, Seasons will launch its new Seafood Buffet, which will feature delectable seafood dishes from American, Asian and Mediterranean cultures, as well as an endless supply of domestic beer.

The buffet will consist of a soup station with clam chowder, shrimp bisque and bouillaise; a chilled seafood station with snow crab legs with whole grain mustard sauce and shrimp cocktails; a hot seafood station with Oysters Rockefeller, shark oscar, steamed crab legs, mahi mahi with tropical salsa, mussels in dark ale, paella, fish and chips, steamed clams, fried shrimp and fried oysters; and Asian seafood station with shrimp with snap, peas, black bean mussels and clams and pad thai; an Italian seafood station with linguini with clam sauce, pasta crab newburg, cioppino and calamari con fagioli; a salad station with shrimp Caesar, ahi tartar, shrimp ceviche, Thai seafood salad and a smoked salmon platter; and mouth-watering dessert station.

Also included in the buffet is bottled domestic beer.  Guests will have their choice of ice cold bottled beer as they dine on their favorite seafood dishes.

The Seafood Buffet is open from 4:00 p.m. until 9 p.m. and costs $21.99 for Discovery Card members and $23.99 for non-Discovery Card members.
