In front of the busiest Fatburger in the world on the Las Vegas Boulevard is The Fat Bar a circular retro-looking cocktail lounge where burgers marry booze on the busiest street in the world.

Burger at Fatburger

The Fat Bar in conjunction with Fatburger will offer $1 hamburgers from 4-5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28 in observance of National Hamburger Day on the Las Vegas Strip.

BOOM Magazine said, “For the best burger in town visit the Fat Bar & Grill on the Strip across the street from the Monte Carlo Resort. Relax, enjoy the food, and watch the parade of people passing by on the boulevard.”

The Fat Bar recently received a 23 Zagat rating overall. The ratings are on a 30-point scale, made up of ratings for defined areas including food, decor, service, and cost. (30 is the highest rating on the scale and 1 is the lowest) In addition to numeric scores, the survey also includes a short descriptive paragraph that incorporates selected quotations (typically a few words) from several reviewers’ comments about each restaurant or service, as well as typical pricing and other information.

Every comfort was afforded from misters to heaters to over 20 plasma TVs. The 200-seat Fat Bar with Strip frontage was the brainchild of Darin Feinstein who owns the local Fatburger franchises. They have waitresses and cocktail waitresses along with the circular bar where bartenders serve up drinks. They also offer a bar menu with all food including Fatburger’s having servers to your table or barstool.

The Fat Bar is open 24 hours a day seven days a week and has a breakfast menu from 5 a.m. until noon. The drink menu is extensive and offers 12 draft taps to 12 slushies with alcohol.

On Thursday nights from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. a deejay plays ‘80s music. Fridays and Saturdays the deejay plays rock ‘n’ roll from 10 p.m.-2 a.m.

With approximately 50,000 people strolling by on weekdays and 80,000 on weekends it’s the epicentre of people watching places in Las Vegas. It’s directly across from where the Monte Carlo meets City Center. It’s a great place to get out of the hustle and bustle of The Strip and relax while still being close to the action
