Vegas StrEATs Festival – Saturday, September 14, 2013
El Cortez hosts the monthly Vegas StrEATs food-truck, arts and music festival on the Jackie Gaughan Parkway from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14. Many of Las Vegas’ favorite food trucks participate in Vegas StrEATs each month along with local art and clothing vendors from across the city. Presented by El Cortez, Vegas StrEATs brings food, live art and music to the Fremont East Entertainment District. Drink specials throughout the festival include $3 Bud Light, Shock Top and Bud Light Lime; $4 Jameson Irish Whiskey, Jagermeister and 1800 Silver Tequila shots; and $2 Pepsi products.
Football Viewing Parties inside The Parlour
The Parlour inside El Cortez will host football viewing parties every Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Guests can enjoy food and drink specials while catching all the best football action.
Weekend Karaoke inside The Parlour
The Parlour inside El Cortez becomes downtown Las Vegas’ go-to destination for karaoke every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening at 10 p.m. From classics hits to today’s chart toppers, brave patrons can entertain their friends and guests during this exciting weekend party.
Award-Winning Elvis Presley Tribute
John Brooks, an award-winning Elvis Presley tribute artist, continues his performance inside The Parlour every Friday and Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m. throughout August.
