Experience a Taste of Award-Winning Cuisine with New Menu Concepts from the ‘Chef of the Century’ that Save Both Time and Money

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, a Michelin one-star restaurant, presents the celebrated cuisine of the culinary master in an accessible, informal style. Dissolving the boundaries between kitchen and dining room, the restaurant allows guests to observe the creation of their meal while providing a friendly atmosphere where interaction with staff and diners is encouraged.

The restaurant’s new menu ‘L’Unique,’ a pre-theater express menu, allows time-starved guests to choose an appetizer, main course and dessert, all served simultaneously in a bento box-style presentation. At $39 per person, the menu changes weekly and includes a variety of French bistro-style selections. Appetizers include Calamari Tempura with aïoli sauce, Salmon Tartar with fresh wasabi and Seafood Tabbouleh with mango essence. Entrée choices offer something to please every palate including Caramelized Beef Short Ribs accompanied by confit onion and mashed potatoes, Fricassee of Veal Sweetbreads with mushrooms and capers and Cod Brandade with fingerling potatoes. Topping off the meal is a selection of classic pastries with a L’Atelier twist including Chocolate Rice Soufflé with coffee brûlée, Raspberry Tiramisu and Pistachio Crème Brûlée with caramelized pistachios. ‘L’Unique’ is available daily until 6:45 p.m.

“The new menu at L’Atelier makes fine dining more accessible than ever before. A three-course meal, presented in 15 minutes for under $40, allows guests the opportunity to spend less time and money on dinner,” Chef Robuchon said. “It is a source of great joy to me that I am able to provide high-quality service and cuisine at a price everyone can afford.”

Just a few steps from L’Atelier is Chef Robuchon’s only fine dining restaurant in the United States, Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand. Since opening in September 2005, the eponymous restaurant has received the Michelin three star, Mobil Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Awards – the top accolades for each organization. Guests can now experience his legendary cuisine for less with ‘Les Selections Gastronomique,’ four new menus which provide diners the opportunity to choose both their specific selections and the number of courses on which to dine. Ranging from $89 to $195 per person, the menus allow guests to combine their choice of appetizer, soup, main course, cheese and dessert in a variety of ways to create their ideal dining experience.

“I created these new menus to make my cuisine more accessible to all guests during these difficult times,” Chef Robuchon said. “I am proud that we continue to be able to showcase the best ingredients, in the best dishes, in the most luxurious of settings.”

‘Les Selections Gastronomique,’ begins with an osetra caviar amuse-bouche and escalates through a choice of up to six customized courses including such delicacies as Octopus and Tiger Prawn in a seaweed gelée, Spiny Lobster in a sake broth with turnip and shiso sprouts, Beef Ribeye with spiced spinach and crispy vegetables, Duck and Seared Foie Gras in a cherry sauce and Strawberries and Champagne Rosé over fresh mango granité with crunchy red fruits. The meal culminates with selections from the world-renowned mignardises cart featuring more than 30 hand-crafted chocolates, candies and petit fours.
