WHAT:
Bring the family to Henderson for a jolly good time at this year’s WinterFest celebrations. Guests will enjoy a winter wonderland of holiday activities including a parade, ice skating, snow play, and pony rides. Did we mention Santa Claus will be visiting from the North Pole?!
Admission for the WinterFest activities and entertainment is FREE.

Friday, December 11 – Henderson Events Plaza
6 p.m. Official tree lighting ceremony with Mayor Andy Hafen and Santa Claus.
6:15 p.m. Holiday decorating contest awards ceremony presented by the Commemorative Beautification Commission.
6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Visits with Santa Claus, holiday entertainment, train rides, ice skating, wagon rides, pony rides, petting zoo, Festival of Trees, gingerbread house displays and holiday tree lot.
7:30 p.m. The Nutcracker performance
Saturday, December 12 – Henderson Events Plaza
10 a.m. WinterFest Parade down Water Street featuring the theme “Toys on Parade.”
10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Craft fair
10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Visits with Santa Claus
11:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Ice skating, train rides, snow play, storytelling, wagon rides, pony rides, petting zoo, Festival of Trees, gingerbread house displays and holiday tree lot.
11:45 a.m. – 5 p.m. Live entertainment
5:30 p.m. The Nutcracker performance
