The National Finals Rodeo is coming to Las Vegas and in celebration Flamingo Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino invite all cowboys and cowgirls to visit the resorts for live performances, meet and greets with NFR cowboys and unbeatable drink offerings.
Flamingo Showroom:
Dec. 3 -7, 10:30 p.m. – Western Underground, fronted by former world champion bareback rider Chris LeDoux, will perform their brand of rodeo rock n’ roll at the Flamingo Showroom. All the shows are free and open to the public.
Dec. 8 -11, 10:30 p.m. – Live musical performances by country star Greg Hanna in the Flamingo Showroom, free to the public. Known for his top ten hits “Song in My Head,” “Love You for Life,” and “Singin’ to the Radio,” the music sensation will entertain guests for nightly post-rodeo festivities.
Harrah’s Piano Bar:
Dec. 2 – 12 – The Harrah’s Piano Bar is transformed to the Jack Daniel’s Saloon with nightly viewings of NFR action from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Piano entertainment continues following the televised rodeo events.
All Harrah’s Bars:
Guests may purchase Jack Daniel’s drink specials throughout the rodeo events including the following:
• $2 Jack Daniel’s shots
• $4 Gentleman Jack shots
• $6 Single Barrel shots
• $6 Jack Daniel’s cocktails, 10 oz.
Carnaval Court Liquor Store:
Dec. 3, 9 & 10 – Guests are invited to purchase two 24-ounce cans of Coors products for only $6 and receive a free autograph from NFR cowboys. The rodeo stars will be available for meet and greets from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Carnaval Court:
Dec. 5 – Grammy-Award nominated American country music artist Jake Owen will entertain the masses as he performs live at Harrah’s Carnaval Court at 9:30 p.m. The concert is free and open to guests age 21 or older. The late-night action will continue with music, dancing and flair bartenders after the live show.
Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill:
Dec. 2 -11 – NFR events will be broadcast live at the dining hot spot, where guests are encouraged to stop in front of the NFR step-and-repeat for a free souvenir photo opportunity. Guests may also indulge in free bull rides; Friday and Saturday riders will receive free NFR T-shirts. Buckets of Coors and Miller bottles are available for $25.
Dec. 1 – 5 & 7 – 12 – Musical guests Left of Centre take the stage of Toby Keith’s at 9 p.m. to keep the dance floor packed until the late night hours.
Dec. 5 – Country star Jake Owen will stop in Toby Keith’s for a preview performance before hitting the stage later that evening at Carnaval Court.
Dec. 5 & 8 – NFR cowboys host autograph signings and meet & greets from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Dec. 6 – Local favorite Evenflow performs live at Toby Keith’s at 9 p.m. for a high-energy show.
Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
EXTRA Lounge:
Dec. 8 – Come by the sampling event being held by Jack Daniels and meet Bull Riding Pro Wes Silcox, who will be signing autographs from 11 p.m. to 12 a.m. Fans can also enjoy $3 Coors and Coors Light as well as $3 Crown Royal Black cocktails. All guests must be 21 years or older.
