The month of February brings the highly anticipated Brazilian holiday, Carnaval, and Via Brasil Steakhouse celebrates with delicious food, exotic cocktails and of course, samba!
Via Brasil Steakhouse will celebrate Carnaval in February with a huge lunch celebration on Sunday, February 8. The traditional Carnaval experience costs $22.00 and includes Feijaoda, a traditional Brazilian stew, the gourmet salad bar, one complimentary caipirinha cocktail along with live music, dancing and a Via Brasil Carnaval t-shirt. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling Via Brasil Steakhouse at (702) 804-1400. A live samba band and dancing will be featured on February 20, 21 and 22 to keep the Carnaval excitement alive!
A traditional, authentic Brazilian “Churrascaria” (steakhouse), Via Brasil Steakhouse features a gourmet salad bar, eighteen different kinds of meats, including “Picanha,” (Brazilian cut top sirloin), poultry and fish prepared on their custom-made “Churrasquerias” (rotisseries), all carved tableside, as well as delicious appetizers and decadent desserts. A vegetarian option offering a wide selection from the salad bar is also available.
Located in Summerlin, Via Brasil Steakhouse and VBS Bar & Lounge is at located at 1225 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89117 on the southwest corner of Charleston Boulevard and Fort Apache Road in the Fort Apache Commons shopping center. Open seven days a week, Via Brasil Steakhouse is open for lunch Monday through Friday starting at Noon and open until 11 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, with extended hours until 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
