Everyone wants to make a good impression on date night without spending a fortune and with “Power Hours” at Morton’s The Steakhouse, it’s possible to pull off a budget-friendly yet spectacular date while spending only $25!
With the introduction of Power Hour pricing on select wines by the glass, beers and cocktails (which range from $4 to $7) and “Bar Bites” priced at just $6 per plate, guests can pick three menu items, add one of the specially-priced wines by the glass, beers or cocktails, and still spend less than $25 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The Power Hour pricing is available seven days a week from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday – Thursday (4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday – Saturday) and again from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
“People are on the constant lookout for a nice dinner that fits within any budget,” explains Morton’s General Manager Daniel Hurst. “At Morton’s, we’re accommodating guests looking for a great deal while still enjoying the famous fare and genuine hospitality that we’re known for. Twenty-five bucks goes a long way at Morton’s Bar 12.21 and it makes anyone look good when they tell their date “we’re going to Morton’s!”

Also available during Power Hours, the Morton’s “Million Dollar” Prime Sirloin Burger and French fries for only $15, fresh Oysters on the Half Shell for just $1.50 per piece and Colossal Shrimp for $2.50 per piece. In addition to the Bar Bites menu, guests may order from Morton’s regular dinner menu, which includes Morton’s legendary Prime USDA steaks and a variety of fresh seafood and lobster.
Bar 12.21 features more than 50 martinis at regular prices, including Morton’s signature “Mortinis,” an award-winning wine list, the finest spirits, domestic and imported beers, cordials and coffee drinks. The name Bar 12·21 was selected because the first Morton’s opened in Chicago on Dec. 21, 1978.
Morton’s Bar 12.21 is open seven nights a week from 5 p.m. to close. The Power Hour pricing is available Sunday through Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Friday) and from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. The Bar Bites menu is offered at regular pricing at other times and on Saturday and Sunday.
