WHAT: Monopoly Advance to GO game. The nationwide promotion selected 50 finalists to compete in the qualifying first round. Each finalist will be given a scroll. Five players will play for the $50,000 Advance to GO prize. The remaining forty five finalists will receive cash prizes based on the scroll they receive. Minimum prize is $500.
WHEN: Monday, October 19 11:30 a.m. – 12:3- p.m.
WHERE: Bally’s Las Vegas Front sidewalk at the intersection of Las Vegas Blvd. and Flamingo Rd.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Monopoly Advance to GO game is a partner event between Harrah’s Entertainment and Hasbro in conjunction with the Monopoly World Championships 2009. The championships are being held at Caesars Palace in the Forum ballroom October 21-22. This marks the first time in 14 years that the games have been held in the US. Open to the public, championship play is 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. on October 21 and 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on October 22. The first 600 visitors each day will receive a free Monopoly World Championships t-shirt.
