EVENT:  This Father’s Day, dad eats for free and receives a $20 gift card at ENVY The Steakhouse’s “Father’s Day Brunch.” inside the Renaissance Hotel Las Vegas.

Arguably the best value in town, the special brunch will include carving stations with rack of lamb and prime rib.  Appetizers include smoked salmon with tomatoes, red onions and capers, fresh fruit and berries, and ENVY’s signature fruit and granola parfaits.  Other serving stations will include omelets, classic Belgian waffles and seafood stations with entrées such as Eggs Benedict with hollandaise, vanilla raisin Brioche French toast, and mini gourmet sandwiches. Simon at Palms Place Hotel, the new restaurant from Kerry Simon, Elizabeth Blau and George Maloof. Rock-n-roll chef Kerry Simon adds his signature flair and humor to traditional brunch items, creating a menu that is both delicious and memorable.
 
Guests are invited to join Simon at Palms Place for a children’s Easter Egg hunt followed by a decadent Easter brunch. In addition to Simon’s regularly served brunch menu the Easter brunch will feature a leg of lamb carving station, Anson Mills graham pancakes served with blueberry compote and pure maple syrup, fried green tomatoes with Heritage pork breakfast sausage served with poached egg in tomato hollandaise and more.
 
The Sunday, April 12, 2009 Easter Egg hunt begins at 9:30 a.m. with brunch beginning promptly after.
 
Guests can sit in the main dining area with floor to ceiling views of the Palms Place pool, or poolside on the Simon patio, while they are attended to by pajama-clad waitstaff.
 
The cost is only $45 per-adult which includes bottomless champagne and $22 per-child which includes entry in the Easter egg hunt.
 
 

The regular brunch menu is served every Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and consists of enticing buffet stations including a fun “White Trash” table, Sushi and Candy Bar, a variety of à la carte items and a Bloody Mary bar.
