The Feast Buffet at both Red Rock Resort and Green Valley Ranch is adding several special menu items to the classic Feast Buffet staples. The Festival Buffet

Red Rock Resort

San Lorenzo Italian Restaurant is offering a three-course pre-fixe meal from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. in addition to its fantastic new regular menu. The meal begins with butter poached shrimp over herb risotto with a gorgonzola pan sauce, followed by halibut puttanesca over linguini with broccoli aglio e olio and a mascarpone filled zeppole to complete it. Texas Star Oyster Bar is featuring a delicious three-course meal with crab and artichoke dip served with rosemary lavash to begin. The entrée is a lobster boil consisting of Maine lobster served with corn on the cob and little neck clams, all in a light broth. Boulder Station

The Broiler is serving a special Mother’s Day Candlelight Buffet from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. The menu has two price points of $35 per person or $45 per person, all of which include an omelet, pasta and potato pancake station; soup, salad and seafood bar; a carving station with prime rib, roasted leg of lamb and honey-glazed Virginia ham; a buffet station with eggs Benedict, quiche Lorraine, crab cakes and chicken teriyaki; and a dessert station featuring assorted cakes, pies and petit fours. The $35 menu features entrees such as shrimp scampi, petit filet with gorgonzola cheese, a 12-ounce New York steak and sautéed orange roughy, all with accoutrements. Pasta Palace is featuring a three-course menu, in addition to their regular menu, for $24.99 per person with the choice of Veal Oscar or lobster and shrimp Carbonara for an entrée. Pasta Palace is featuring a special three-course menu in addition to its daily menu. The three-course special at Cabo Mexican Restaurant consists of Camarones Escabeche which is Mexican-style shrimp cocktail with gazpacho and tostadas for an appetizer, chipotle-glazed pork loin with a mesclun salad and for dessert, warm apple taquitos topped with vanilla ice cream for only $22 per person.
