The Society Cafe at the Encore Hotel and Casino is having a special Easter Sunday menu.
The cost is $38 per person and the menu is as follows:
Choice of Appetizer
- Caesar Salad - Parmesan Pepper Lavash
- Mac ’N Cheese Bites – Truffle Dipping Sauce
- Roasted Tomato Bisque
Choice of Entree
- Trenne – Prosciutto, Parmesan Truffle Cream, Peas
- Cedar Roasted Salmon – Braised Endive & Fennel
- Rack of Lamb – Fingerling Potatoes
Desert for the Table
- Warm Donut “Bites” – Chocolate & Caramel Dipping Sauces
