On Thursday, Nov. 20, Seasons Buffet at Silverton Casino Lodge features authentic southern cooking with Mikeska’s Texas barbecue from 4 to 8 p.m. For $21.99 or $19.99 with Discovery Club card, guests can enjoy barbecue pork ribs, smoked brisket, baked beans, fried catfish, hushpuppies, chocolate pecan pie and more.

This Thanksgiving, Seasons Buffet features a wide assortment of classic holiday items. Select dishes include shrimp and butternut squash bisque, roasted turkey, pumpkin seed crusted roast pork loin, roasted brown sugar acorn squash, maple-orange glazed sweet potatoes and pumpkin cheesecake. Seasons’ holiday buffet is $23.99 per person ($21.99 with Discovery Club card) and served 4 – 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 27.

On Christmas Day, Seasons Buffet serves up a holiday feast from 4 to 8 p.m. For $23.99 or $21.99 with Discovery Club card, guests will enjoy traditional favorites including Christmas glazed ham, grilled lamb chops, duck, roasted turkey, prime rib, smoked salmon and bourbon sweet potato pie. Seasons Buffet offers a selection of seafood including snow crab legs, stuffed crab, shrimp, scallops and sushi. For lighter fare, patrons can enjoy wild rice and dried cranberry salad, lobster and sweet corn chowder, Waldorf salad and orange-cranberry relish. Dessert selections include chocolate dipped strawberries, French pastries, Christmas cookies, holiday canolis and peppermint mascarpone parfait. Wine selections include merlot, cabernet, chardonnay and white zinfandel.

Seasons Buffet celebrates 2009 with a mouthwatering menu on Wednesday, Dec. 31. Seafood selections include mussels, stuffed crab, shrimp cocktail, assorted sushi and snow crab legs. Guests will enjoy glazed pork loin, roasted turkey, prime rib of beef, barbecue pork ribs, Mongolian beef, juniper-maple smoked salmon, lamb chops and roasted chicken. Other delectables include Portobello mushroom ravioli, seafood pasta, antipasti, smoked salmon platter, roasted tomato and basil bisque, corn bread, honey glazed carrots, maple-bourbon glazed yams and sausage stuffing. For dessert, chocolate dipped strawberries and assorted French pastries, pies and cakes will tantalize the taste buds. Wine selections include merlot, cabernet, chardonnay and white zinfandel. Seasons Buffet’s New Year’s Eve menu is $23.99 or $21.99 with Discovery Club card and served from 4 to 8 p.m.

On Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009, Seasons Buffet rings in the New Year with a tantalizing brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For $18.99 or $16.99 with Discovery Club card, guests will enjoy glazed ham, rub crusted prime rib of beef, juniper-maple smoked salmon, roasted turkey, grilled lamb chops and roasted chicken. Seafood selections include snow crab legs, assorted sushi, shrimp, stuffed crab and scallops. Patrons will also enjoy corn bread, yams, turnip greens, bread pudding, and mini frittatas. For dessert, Season Buffet offers chocolate dipped strawberries, French pastries, croissants and muffins. Wine selections include merlot, cabernet, chardonnay and white zinfandel.

Silverton Casino Lodge offers Discovery Club members discounted buffet prices at Seasons Buffet. Members can enjoy brunch on Saturday and Sunday for $16.99, lunch Monday through Friday for $8.99, dinner Sunday through Wednesday for $13.99 and specialty dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturday for $19.99.
Dining Specials at Twin Creeks Steakhouse

In addition to the regular menu, Twin Creeks features a special holiday dinner this Thanksgiving. A harvest salad with butter lettuce, radicchio, crisp apples, celeriac, scallions, candied pecans and white balsamic vinaigrette followed by roasted acorn squash soup starts off the holiday feast. The main dish, roast turkey with sausage-apple stuffing, is served with caramelized shallots, brussel sprouts, baby root vegetables, potato purée, giblet gravy and orange-cranberry sauce. To end on a sweet note, the special holiday dinner features choice of fresh pumpkin crème brulee or cranberry apple torte. Twin Creeks inside Silverton Casino Lodge now features a selection of classic dinner items in addition to the current menu. Seafood selections include cold water lobster tail ($29), twin cold water lobster tails ($48), salmon parpadelle ($19) and Twin Creeks’ fresh catch of the day ($22). Diners can also enjoy salt and pepper crusted prime rib in three cuts such as kings double ($26), queens ($19) and petite ($17). Other tempting options include chicken Milanese ($18), 8-ounce filet mignon ($22) and bourbon barbecue bone-in rib eye ($26). All classic menu entrées at Twin Creeks are accompanied by a basket of artisan breads, house salad and choice of two side dishes including baked potato, mashed potatoes, steamed broccolini, steamed asparagus and macaroni and cheese.
